Product Design / Style
Customers are to choose from 2 main styles of furniture: Classical or Straight Line styles. The design and size of the 2 styles are standard, with only minor customization available.

Pricing
The pricing of the furniture is provided on a per-i tem, per month basis; however, the suggested price can vary according to the requested size/style. When agreeing on the contract price, a minimum rental rate for each home is set.

Terms of Payment
The payment is to be transferred in advance, as soon as the final quotation is approved. If the contract length exceeds 1 (one) year, the payment is to be transferred at least annually in advance.

Contract Length
The standard minimum contract length is 3 (three) months.

Changeovers
Cn case of expatriate changeovers, we will reclaim our furniture, if requested, and provide the new expatriates with a new set of furniture. This will result in a new set of contract, with a new rental rate. The remaining value of the contract is considered as your credit with us. This is provided the new expatriates is ready to settle in immediately. If the home is left vacuum for more than 1 month, then clause 6 applies.

Contract Termination
If the contract is terminated before its scheduled conclusion, and the home is left vacuum for more than 1 month, a refund of 70% of the remaining contract value for the particular home will be given to the company. We will then reclaim back the furniture.

Warranty and Maintenance
The supplied furniture has 3 (three) months warranty against production defects and cracking. Damages caused by the user can be fixed at an extra charge. Re-upholstery of all fabrics can also be arranged at an extra cost.

Inventory Check
Visits to the residences to maintain inventory check lists will be conducted regularly every 6 (six) months in contracts exceeding 1 (one) year. In contracts which are less than 1 year in length, inventory checks will be arranged at contract inception.

End of Contract / Option to Purchase
At the end of the contract, we will collect all the furniture provided, and match them against the inventory check list. Any discrepancies must be settled according to the purchase price list of the furniture. Damages outside normal wear and tear might attract repair charges.
